Youth committee awards $10,000 to refugee assistance group

A budding Charlottesville nonprofit got a $10,000 boost Monday from the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation’s Youth Service Award Committee.

Monday marked the 22nd time the CACF has given out the Youth Service Award grant.
